Mr. Andrews has consulted for small firms in over 25 countries and has been a frequent guest speaker at universities throughout the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. His versatile and varied consulting tenures have been highlighted by his experience in five fields:
- health care regulatory consulting involving 510k filings for medical devices and related market introduction
- construction
- distribution
- warehousing
- salvage and reclamation
His consulting accomplishments derive from his numerous business achievements including having successfully grown a manufacturing/distribution business with sales in 26 countries. Additionally, Mr. Andrews held the dual roles of Underwriter and Planning Advisor for the B.C. Ziegler & Company, the then largest underwriter of hospital bonds worldwide, early in his career.
Along with his business acumen and multifarious expertise, Mr. Andrews possesses a profound knowledge of marketing, finance, and operations. Possessing both a CPA and an Executive MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Mr. Andrews draws on both his consulting and management experiences in assisting with strategic planning, a discipline he brings to all his clients.
An advocate of innovation in business, Mr. Andrews has used joint ventures and mutual assistance agreements both here and abroad to maximize client resources and strengths. His innovation extends to charitable work in third world countries. In 2000 he established Millennium Rescue LLC to deliver US medical supply overstocks to Eastern Europe.
